Flexibility and stretching, in most cases, is best developed at an early age, so the ligaments and tendons are soft and easily stretchable.
But it is worth noticing that in rhythmic gymnastics this is not the most important, because in addition to bending, you still need to perfectly jump, spin and feed it all with a smile, an eerie charm and a great performance, as if on stage.
Do not stop working on yourself, because everything that doesn’t kill us makes us stronger.
